We have an established and reputable team of contractors at our disposal to carry out works in a professional and cost effective manner ensuring the project is completed on time, to specification and on budget.

We tender the works to contractors, oversee their appointment and ensure the works are carried out as instructed.

If required we can introduce and monitor architects to submit plans and schedules of works to building management companies who require this before works start. We go on site on a regular basis to ensure that the project progresses as agreed and that upon handover the work is to our satisfaction.

We can also introduce interior designers who we have worked with before to provide the final touches such as furnishing, wall finishes even cutlery. This will give you a bespoke and turn-key solution without you having the stress of overseeing the process from overseas.

We report directly to you on a regular basis and e-mail over pictures to give you the comfort that the job is being done as you want it.
